About Me
My mission is to educate and inspire people to know and experience how easy it is to live a full and healthy life.
Originally from Arizona and coming to the Treasure Valley in 1989, I am inspired to help you with your health, mobility, and nutrition concerns. I have specialized over twenty years in Mind and Body healthy living principles for real personal health success. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Coach, I specialize in my own Fascia technique. Applying Mind, Metabolism, Muscle and Movement to help your body function at its optimal levels. Nutritional education is another of my specialties. I understand how important it is to empower you in learning about your hidden obstacles that hold you back from reaching your full potential in terms of both physical and emotional health.
My expertise is looking at you as a whole person and taking time to listen to your concerns. I work with clients one on one and examine the core of your health issues. I can advise you with many options. My certification and expertise in nutritional therapy led me to establish a class titled “Putting Health in Your Own Hands” that emphasizes the nutrient dense diet. I’m now taking the idea and diving deeper into body systems to offer classes over zoom and purchased recordings.
As a partner in your health journey, I consider your needs and look for simple ways to enhance your desired outcome. When working with you, I will help you have success by creating a long standing client relationship, as your coach, allowing you to become your own health advocate in addressing your health concerns.
Having created my own therapeutic fascia method, my sessions are unique and tailored to the needs of my clients. My work is all about Simple Changes, Infinite Rewards. At Myomind, you know you are cared for and nurtured in all health concerns as I build that partnership with you and am an advocate for your wellness.
When I am not with clients, I enjoy being a mom and grandma, gardening, continuing my education and developing my skills to better help my clients, as well as, being an advocate for individuals with disabilities which is something very personal to my heart.
